The defeat on Saturday against Portsmouth in the Sky Bet Championship Opener made three players their debut in Oxford United.
This included Brodie Spencer and Will Lankshear, both of whom were called XI, and Jack Currie, who came from the bank with just over 20 minutes.
Spencer made a big impression and, after a strong performance, was appointed game of the club for the game of the club, in which he played both on the right and the middle half.
The Northern Ireland national player did five duels and won four of them (most of them from a single player in the game) and showed great versatility when she had the task of moving from the right to the middle of half when Hidde Ter Avest Elliott Moore replaced the head after a bang.
Spencer brings the performance to a great position to ensure that his name is one of the first on the team leaf and that his position in the starting place XI has been traveling from United to Hull City on Sunday.

Lankshear also showed promising signs in his 81-minute appearance.
The lender of Tottenham Hotspur turned out to be a handful of the Backline Pompey when he held the ball well several times and showed his physical presence.
Lankshear had excluded a goal when he headed the ball home after a distracted shot from Cameron Brannagan and showed a good poaching instinct, but unfortunately the celebrations were canceled when he marked away from the side.
Lankshear played in a first two with Mark Harris, with both men joining together well and playing each other in the first half in the moments.
This is a possible sign for things that the Us can use to play two strikes in the future.
Although Lankshear took part in United for United just four days before the game, he had a good case on Sunday that he keeps his position in the start -xi against the Tigers.
After the striker had fully settled in the club, he could prove to be handful to defend the championship.

The left back Jack Currie followed in the 69th minute to appear his first appearance for the Us after a seasonal loan magic in Leyton Orient.
Currie showed a lot of energy and managed to get a shot on the goal when United made the pressure late.
It is fair to say that Currie did not make a foot wrong in his Cameo appearance at the weekend.
Left -back proves to be a very closely competitive position throughout the season. Currie and Greg Leigh both compete for the position in the Start XI.
