Stacey Solomon has attributed a consistent strength training routine to feel “so strong” as she shared new photos of herself in a bikini on social media.

The 35 -year -old Sorthy Your Life Out Star said she felt “nice” when she shot several snapshots in a pool during her summer vacation and showed her defined abdominal muscles and limbs.

She wrote in the caption: “My body looks a little different from the summer vacation of last year. I am actually so proud of myself because I have been consistently on my strength training since February.

“I kept calm and just lowered my head and drove on. I really only do it because I want to be so strong. Like Boss B **** strong.

“Forever, I would like to be able to record my babies with ease and to wear double buggies on my shoulder if necessary. This year I feel so much stronger what is so capable, and yes, my body has changed, but frankly I loved my body aesthetically last year … no matter what shape or size.”

Stacey added: “I assume what I try to say is … not only for the appearance of being too fitness. Do it so that you can wrestle your 17-year-old and wear all three of your toddlers in 40 ° C heat and enjoy the trip more.”

Do not just commit yourself for the appearance.

Why is strength training important?

According to a study in the past year, the mail of the former X -Factor winner appears that women who practice strength training two to three times a week live longer and have a lower risk of heart diseases compared to women who do not.

Studies have also shown that strength training, which is used with strength training, is also an advantage for older women, which leads to “significant improvements in strength, physical activity, bone density and hormonal and metabolic changes in women in menopause”.

However, strength training can appear intimidating for many people, since the term is usually connected to extremely buff and muscling people who lift enormous weights in the gym.

Strength training – including strength training, circuit training, body weight exercises, yoga and weightlifting – is of crucial importance to ensure fitness in later life, since, according to the University of Essex, it builds up and maintain muscle strength and healthy bones.

Here are four ways that you can start with strength training to improve your strength now and in the future.

1. Invest in a personal trainer

A personal trainer is a qualified fitness specialist who can work with you to identify and achieve your exercise goals. You can also help you advise you:

  • How to start strength training by showing them how to use fitness equipment

  • How to know which weights should be used for certain exercises

  • The right shape during training so that you minimize the risk of injuring yourself

Personal training sessions can be expensive, but it can be worth starting in a few so that the trainer can show you the ropes. As soon as you have familiarized yourself with the equipment and training routines, you can train alone.

However, you may work with a personal trainer who can help you follow your progress and encourage you to challenge yourself when you get fitter and stronger.

2. Take part in group lessons

A number of fitness studios and exercise groups offer group classes for activities such as high -intensity interval training (HIIT) and district training. As part of a group of people who are at different fitness levels, sizes and shapes, the exercise feels less intimidating and more accessible.

Studies have shown many advantages in group classes, from physical to social. This year, a study by Nuffield Health examined the exercise and lifestyle of 2,000 adults in Great Britain and found that those who participated in group exercises were fit and mentally and less lonely and confident.

Almost 30% of the study surveyed stated that the exercise of a group contributes to overcoming the intimidating fitness culture. 47% of people stated that their improved self -confidence was due to participation in group exercise.

3. Start small

At the beginning of your strength training trip, it is important to familiarize yourself with your limits and to increase the amount of weight that you can manage with stronger weight reasons. If you go directly to the heavy weights, increase the risk of injuring yourself, drastically.

Try resistance straps and little weights to start and concentrate on the right shape, as this is crucial to avoid injuries and give you the best chance of being successful in your training. According to the Sport Equipment dealer sweatband, the five best exercises that are wrongly carried out include:
